I’ve been going over my finances for the past six months and I believe it might be time to look toward new, future investments. This is going to be an interesting experiment because I feel it is going to lead me down the path of purchasing a home or at the very least, a plot of land that I can have developed at some point. The housing market is looking great and I asked some questions at manhattan beach real estate to get a feel for the market. They, of course, were positive about the possibilities and felt, too, that it was indeed a great time to start investing once again in homes. I don’t actually see myself living within a house – I’m more of a fan of condos and apartments but I would like to invest in a fair amount of property to make a tidy profit off of down the road. Currently, new neighborhoods are being built which is always a good sign of things to come.
Spending is what gets the economy everywhere. People have been taking stock of their cash the past four or five years due to the fear that we were going to fall deeper into a recession. This is not the case, however, and I am confident that we are only going to go forward from here on out. This generation was given experience enough to avoid the mishaps of what we just went through again which will help us greatly in years to come. I’ve had my eye on a stretch of land which I predict is going to be make wonderful development property to own – the real estate agents seem to agree with me. However, I do not plan to take loan out for this – I am going to pay cold hard cash for it and avoid any issues.
